Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn, with tags (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

Please include clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Customized / Personalized Products

All customised or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if there is a printing defect, damage, or error caused on our side, we will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (except in cases of defects)
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: this right does not apply to customized or personalized items unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
